Northstowe Nursery, a brand-new, purpose-built facility located on the Northstowe Education Campus, is officially open. We welcome up to 80 children daily, aged 9 months to 4 years, into a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment designed to support their early years journey.
We’re looking for passionate, Level 3 qualified Early Years professionals to join our growing team and work alongside our experienced Nursery Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special—helping shape young minds while contributing to an inspiring new chapter in early years education.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Dedicated, punctual, and hardworking
• Committed to delivering high-quality childcare
• Enthusiastic about working in a supportive, child-centred environment
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5.45 PM, term time only

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Early Years Educator Level 3 (minimum)
• 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate
• English qualification (GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2)

• Provide high-quality care and education, ensuring children’s safety and well-being
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support daily nursery operations and contribute to a positive team culture
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
• Observe and document children’s progress, contributing to learning assessments
