We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery within an established and friendly team. Plan and implement activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring observations, learning journeys, and planning are up-to-date and relevant. Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children’s individual development and promotes British values. Safeguard children’s welfare, promptly addressing and escalating concerns as per safeguarding policies. Ensure all paperwork, including registration forms, settling-in documents, and daily records, is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining high-quality environments that respect and support children’s diverse needs and stages of development. Promote equality of opportunity and ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported, working collaboratively with external agencies when required.
