JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator with Room Leader responsibilities, to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the potential of young children in a safe and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that promote children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.

SKILLS

  • 1 years experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to support other member of the team
  • Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with children and families.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage the dynamics of little ones who need our guiding hands while promoting positive behaviour.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing children’s growth in a nursery environment, celebrating all the big and small achievements!
  • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on children’s varying needs and learning styles.
  • Make every day a magical and fun day for the children in our care
  • Don’t be scared to get your wellies and overalls on for walks in the local woods and park, your gloves and apron on to support our children to feed their pet chickens and collect their eggs to take home and be ready to sing and dance because our children love music, especially our music lady!
