REQUIREMENTS

  1. Hardware Knowledge
  • Understanding Device Components

➤ Motherboard, battery, display, cameras, charging ports, buttons, speakers, etc.

  1. Tools & Equipment Handling
  • Using Repair Tools

➤ Screwdrivers, tweezers, spudgers, suction cups, heat guns.

  • Multimeter Usage

➤ To test circuits, charging ports, batteries, and power flow.

  • Soldering Basics

➤ For fixing loose connections or replacing small components.

  1. Software Knowledge
  • Operating Systems

➤ iOS, Android, Windows basics.

  • Resetting / Flashing Devices

➤ Factory resets, firmware updates, unlocking bootloaders (where applicable).

  • Troubleshooting Software Issues

➤ Fixing apps crashing, boot loops, viruses, etc.

  1. Safety Practices
  • Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Awareness

➤ Using anti-static bands, mats to prevent damage.

  • Battery Safety

➤ Knowing how to handle swollen or damaged batteries safely.

  1. Customer Service Skills
  • Communicating clearly with customers.
  • Explaining issues and solutions in simple terms.
  • Being honest about costs and repair times.
  1. Time Management & Accuracy
  • Efficiency in diagnosing and repairing without cutting corners.
  • Maintaining accuracy to avoid damaging devices further.
  • Diagnosing Hardware Issues
