• Valid Level 4 Spectators’ Safety qualification
• Experience working in football or large event safety management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on match days and unsociable hours

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Level 4 Spectators Safety Manager to oversee safety operations at a football club. You will be responsible for managing crowd safety, ensuring compliance with safety legislation, and coordinating with club and emergency services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and manage safety plans for football matches
• Liaise with club officials, stewards, and emergency services
• Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings
• Ensure compliance with football licensing and safety regulations
