JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for fostering a love of learning through play, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met, and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
  • Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both children and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing children’s growth and development.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A proactive approach with the drive to enhance the learning environment continuously.
