This Role Matters

• As a Level 5 Early Years Educator, you are one of the strongest people in the nursery. You combine advanced knowledge of child development, learning and inclusion with a passion for supporting others to become even better educators. This is not a management role, but a practice leadership role. Colleagues naturally look to you for advice, coaching and guidance because of your expertise, professionalism and commitment to outstanding early years education. Working alongside your Head of Nursery, Assistant Head of Nursery and Room Managers, you help embed our Cherubs' curriculum, championing communication and language, while strengthening inclusive practice and supporting continuous improvement across your setting. You lead through influence rather than hierarchy, never losing sight of what matters most: happy, safe and thriving children.
