The ideal candidate will be conversationally articulate, highly computer literate with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant full-time experience for level I and 3+ years for level II. They will be professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities and work assignments. Most importantly the ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and advocate for the interests of the clients and the business.
The network and computer technician will work in conjunction with senior technicians to support clients both remotely and in person. Topnotch customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently troubleshoot a variety of user defined issues required. Competance in both PC and Mac environments preferred. Highly qualified candidates will have experience in a help desk or managed service provider role.
Relevant skills include: network wiring and termination, network configuration and troubleshooting, printer and POS device setup in various environments, PC & Mac hardware repair, MS Office 365, Google Workspace, general software support.
On-call, weekend, and holiday shifts are never required. This is a Monday through Friday position with paid holidays and PTO.
