Breakthrough Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Behavioral Therapist / Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to children with Autism and related developmental disorders. This role is crucial to our mission and requires a passion for mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Non-bachelor’s degree applicants must provide proof of enrollment in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in mental health-related fields or other relevant training
  • OR be 18 years or older and have completed the Level III EIDBI training requirements
  • OR be
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting children with Autism and developmental needs
