DESCRIPTION:

The Level III Technician/Project Engineer position for our Ellicott City, MD office requires both proven experience with IT/technology and outstanding project management skills. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a managerial role while mentoring Level I-II techs and managing projects for the company. The right candidate will get the opportunity to work in multiple environments, be able to deliver complex solutions for clients and manage projects from design to completion phase. Onsite work at client sites and working on all types of level I-III IT issues is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience is required – candidates with less experience will not be considered.
We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills in:
· MS Azure, O 365
· Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On
· Active Directory administration/design (On-premise and Hybrid AD with Azure)
· Enterprise/SMB Networking & Wi-Fi
· Networking (configuration & deployment of Firewalls, Switches & Access Points)
· VMware Server Virtualization
· Exchange administration
· Experience with Desktop/Server automation
Experience with the following is a plus:
· Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
· IT Security
