QUALIFICATIONS:/ EDUCATION

  • Degree in business/economics, law, or relevant discipline. CFA/MBA is a plus.

EPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE:

  • 5+ years of lending eecution/credit analysis eperience.
  • Eperience in managing LBO restructuring/underperforming assets to work alongside senior Directors in the team.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, MS Ecel, PowerPoint. PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong financial and credit analysis, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Eposure to specialised lending and/or real asset sub-sectors is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of lending legal documentation

Responsibilities

  • Monitor credit, support cross-buy opportunities, and drive capital velocity.
  • Handle credit reviews, amendments, and restructuring.
  • Engage in capital velocity initiatives and monitor market developments.
  • Prepare reports for regulators and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and coach junior colleagues.
