Description

Join our Private Credit fund financing team within our Financial Markets division in a client-facing, revenue generating role. In this role, you will leverage your financial analysis and credit skills to help us continue to grow our private credit trading and lending portfolio and provide innovative financing solutions for our EMEA based credit fund clients.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will perform credit analysis on EMEA companies who are borrowing loans from investment funds and other lenders and perform due diligence for each borrower’s capital structure, business segments, valuation, products / services, competitors, and financial performance. On a day-to-day basis, you will also focus on fund analysis and perform financial due diligence on investment funds who are potential or existing clients, with a focus on direct lending. You will also analyze fund investors, fund structures, asset portfolios, uncalled capital and future fundraising plans.

What you offer

  • 2+ years’ experience in Investment banking, leveraged finance, fund finance or private credit.
  • A strong technical lending or investment background with the understanding of financial analysis, structuring, documentation, and execution of private credit transactions (or fund finance transactions lending to private credit funds).
  • Strong financial modeling, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Comprehension of due diligence requirements for varying proposals (legal, technical, financial and other relevant due diligence reports).
  • Background and knowledge of credit documentation and capital markets.
