POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst specializing in Commercial Finance that will be responsible for various activities including analysis, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting to provide decision support to the Leadership Team. In this role, no day will look the same, but you can expect to work on our pricing strategy across the portfolio, evaluate new product launches, and analyze monthly performance. You also will have the ability to own complex processes and contribute to a team environment.
You will work within a collaborative finance team, gaining exposure to strategic projects and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare and distribute regular performance reports and financial updates to internal stakeholders
• Own our pricing process and work with IT and Customer Service to implement any price changes
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for multiple different projects
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by compiling and validating data
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for key business drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for financial models and reports
• Participate in the consolidation of financial information across business units
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support special projects as needed
• Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve financial planning processes and reporting tools
