INFORMATION

• Salary range: Up to $4,500
• Shift Pattern : 3 rotating shift (3 rest day every 2 weeks)
  Working hours: Morning: 7am-4pm; Afternoon: 2pm -11pm; Night:10.30pm-7.30am (Night- $14/night)

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess LEW certificate with EMA or valid Licensed Electrical Worker certification(Grade 7)
• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related fieldExperience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage

• Attendto customers’ enquiries, understand their need and complaints
• Perform breakdown support & maintenance for M&E services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
• Ensure all LEW documentations are completed and filed in accordance to regulatory standards.
