Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Cocktail Servers who bring an engaging personality, a passion for mixology, and an appreciation for fine dining. In this role, you'll help create an inviting, dynamic atmosphere in our Lounge and Bar, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and a vibrant team culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (not limited to): Bar Operations * The cocktail server assists the Beverage service and Bartenders with the daily needs of the operations. Service and Guest Experience * Welcome and seat members/guests and offer menus or beverages. * Take guest’s orders and place orders into point of sales system. * Responsible for serving bar area and lounge guests and providing a memorable dining experience. * Engage graciously with guests in conversations of varying depths. * Passionately assist guests in navigating our diverse Cocktail, Wine, and Beer program, helping them select the perfect drink to enhance their desired experience. * Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage products that are offered at the bar. * Go above and beyond guest expectations. Training and Development * Consistently grow, learn, and expand knowledge base. Qualified Cocktail Servers are expected to exhibit enthusiasm, sophistication, and a positive attitude, along with the following attributes: * 2+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale lounge settings * Is warm, pleasant and gracious, builds rapport well, easy to approach * Previous involvement in a sophisticated craft cocktail program * Proficient communication with all business departments, guests, and vendors, both written and verbal. * Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds * Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification * Possess extensive knowledge of wine by the glass and popular spirits, is a plus!
