FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE- HOME ENTERTAINMENT

Match Retail is seeking a passionate Field Sales Representative for its LG Client with a broad knowledge of home entertainment to promote brand awareness for our global client. As a Field Sales Representative, you will build and manage client relationships at the corporate, dealer and retail level by coaching, training and supporting various vendors, retail locations and dealers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Entertainment sector
  • Minimum 3 years of selling Home Entertainment
  • Experience in being a Field Sales Representative
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives
  • Available to travel within the market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day client liaison at a retail level
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives
  • Training of Retailer Staff
  • Conduct Pre- Scheduled training sessions weekly
  • Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training
  • Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required
  • Ensuring stock levels of merchandise meets product demand and report back
  • Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market
  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
  • Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG
  • Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
  • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.
