The Boeing Company is currently seeking participants to join the LGO/Tauber (Leaders for Global Operations/Tauber Institute for Global Operations) Leadership Development Program.

This unique program spans across various US-based Boeing sites. Selected candidates will be placed at one of the following site locations for their first assignment: Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Cambridge, MA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Hendon, VA; Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Titusville, FL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK or Ridley Park, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of the Leaders for Global Operations Graduate Degree Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience supporting business operations (or a similar position) for a global organization
  • Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Experience in a role that required excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving priorities
Responsibilities
  • Rotate positions every 12-18 months
  • Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals
  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading
