Brand new pay rates from 1st February 2026 - Basic rates starting from £16.50 per hour. We are now looking to recruit for Class 1 Drivers for our Poole site on a Full Time and Permanent Position. Job Description In your role as a LGV Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK. Salary/Hourly Rates: Basic rates of pay - £16.50 per hour - £21.45 per hour (Depending on Shift and Start Time). Overtime rates of pay - £18.98 per hour - £21.45 per hour (Depending on Shift and Start Time). Shifts: Various shifts & start times across the week . Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am. 4ON 4OFF Nights.
