About the Role: Would you like to play a key role in providing consumers with the dental treatments they require? Are you passionate about customer service? The Dental Services Team is seeking a Liaison Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This position plays a key role in coordinating clients removed from CHS Dental Waiting Lists, including referral to external providers, processing claims for payment (including Medicare through the Child Dental Benefits Scheme), and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring eligible clients receive timely dental treatment. We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills who can provide high-level customer service, along with sound time management and communication skills, and previous experience in a dental environment.
