JOB OVERVIEW

An liaison to help supports the day-to-day administrative functions of an organization, replace in classes when needed and help serves as a cultural and communication bridge between communities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Knowledge in another language is an asset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in different classroom settings.
  • Prior experience in teaching or working with children is asset

Responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with cultural groups, local organizations, and businesses.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured and respectful learning environment
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards.; willing to introduce different languages
  • Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, and physical education.
  • Manage classroom activities to facilitate learning and ensure a positive environment.
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Foster strong communication with parents regarding child progress and classroom activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
  • Light administration work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.97-$30.00 per hour
