POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key part of the Liberated Networks team, leading our strong drive for revenues and growth. The BDR generates sales by using a variety of marketing strategies, including presentations, face-to-face canvassing, direct mail, and more.
You will proactively learn about customer objectives and challenges, while developing a deep understanding of their business to spot new opportunities. With gathered insights, you’ll create new conversations showing current and potential customers how Liberated Networks’ diverse suite of solutions including: GetBettr.ai, custom software development, AI consulting and Telarite telecommunications services—can enhance their operations and customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Liberated Networks’ offerings.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives and IT leaders.
  • Conduct presentations, face to face canvassing, while engaging early in the buying process and discover prospect needs.
  • Create an exceptional first impression with prospects and customers by providing a world-class experience.
  • Continuously build product knowledge, ensuring high literacy on Liberated Networks solutions and new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that best fit client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and foster positive, lasting relationships with our clients.
