We're looking for a talented Librarian to play a key role in supporting oversight and management of library operations, cataloging, reference support, digital resource management, archival services, user education, and collection development. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality research services, managing library staff, and ensuring effective library operations. Responsibilities: Perform cataloging, metadata entry and management, reference services and expertise, digital resource organization and management, archival work and collection maintenance, and user training and experience Provide for collection development and Government research needs Support oversight and management of library operations, cataloging, reference support, digital resource management, archival services, user education, and collection development Manage library staff and ensure high-quality research services Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category (i.e., Library Science, Library & Information Science, or related degrees) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education 8 years of experience conducting Librarian support, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Intelligence Community experience preferred. #EKS01 #LI-TO1 Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
