• Leading customer service duties to support the effective operation of library branches across a 7-day service.
• Develop, implement and evaluate the delivery of events, programs and exhibitions to support a contemporary, community-focussed and innovative library service.
• Coordinate and lead collection management tasks to ensure the provision of relevant and engaging collections
