LIBRARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Twin Falls Public Library is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the Library Director and daily operations. This position plays a key role in keeping our Library organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain official Library records, budgets, and reports
  • Assist patrons with payments, phone calls, and scheduling
  • Prepare correspondence and departmental documents
  • Process invoices, deposits, and grant applications
  • Support payroll and part-time hiring paperwork
  • Act as a Public Notary within six months (see application for more information)

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Office experience (accounting, business administration, or libraries preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities
