We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. • £10,412 - £10,634 per annum (£12.80 - £13.07 per hour)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service to all staff, students and visitors.
• Engage with learners to ensure a well-ordered, safe, supportive, accessible and stimulating environment is maintained
• Respond enthusiastically and supportively to the enquiries of users
• Ensure the environment is clean, organised and conducive to a variety of learning styles
