At Maitland Libraries we value providing a range of welcoming and creative customer experiences. Our staff actively engage with the community supporting a diverse range of customers to access our in-branch services, digital resources, collections, community programs and events.

We are seeking community focused staff with experience in a customer service or library environment. This role provides a range of customer focused services and programs and engages with a diverse range of customers and requests. Our Library Assistants also support the development and delivery of approachable library services. Through exceptional customer services, this role assists customers borrow from the library’s print and digital collections and ensures the maintenance of collections and service areas.
