YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Understanding of clerical processes.
· Efficient and accurate word processing skills.
· Experience in a clinical setting Knowledge of hospital patient administration system.
· Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations and patient confidentiality.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Sorting and handling patient case notes.
  2. Booking notes in and out of secretaries’ wards.
  3. Using E-Camis system to track notes to be returned to offsite storage, also to book in notes and then accurately file notes stored in JCUH records.
  4. Using the E-Camis system to browse and locate the healthcare records that are required for FHN. Track to new locations at FHN.
  5. Actively prioritise, plan and monitor workload and seek solutions to problem areas. Complete daily log sheets to indicate workload to assist with target monitoring for the department.
