SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• ICT qualification at level 2 or above
• English/literacy qualification at level 2 or above
• An understanding of the underpinning requirements of good customer care provision
• Ability to select and use appropriate resources, and tenacity in following lines of enquiry / solving problems

JOB PURPOSE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To work flexibly as part of a team staffing the college Digital Learning Hubs/Library.
• To maintain the highest standard of customer care to all users.
• Assisting customers in searching and locating library resources both in print and online.
• Contributing to the development of induction and guidance materials
