TECH SERVICES COORDINATOR

The Olds Municipal Library is looking for a Tech Services Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts tech-savvy troubleshooter and patient teacher. You’ll keep our computers and equipment running smoothly, guide patrons and staff through their tech challenges, and help shape the way our library connects people with technology.

​What You’ll Do:

• Keep our public and staff computers healthy with updates, repairs, and new installations (with PRL support when needed).
• Maintain and support library hardware, including VC equipment, TVs, E-boards, and more.
• Troubleshoot tech problems for staff and patrons with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Teach! Whether it’s one-on-one help, staff workshops, youth and teen programs, or seasonal community classes.
• Support online tools, meeting tech, and digital resources at the library.
• Pitch in with circulation and other library services when needed.
