Your Impact As part of this hybrid role that combines Scrum Master, Release Manager, and Business Analyst responsibilities, you will join a fast-paced enterprise environment focused on delivering innovative software solutions. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in Agile settings and are passionate about driving delivery excellence, coordinating releases, and shaping business requirements. You will lead Agile ceremonies, manage release planning and execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions. You will participate in daily team cadences, gather requirements, and design solutions to augment and enhance order fulfillment and license management processes. You will serve as a trusted partner and expert advisor to both business and delivery teams, playing an instrumental role in delivering innovative, value-rich solutions to internal and external customers. This role is critical to ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery aligned with strategic goals. Product/part configuration Scenarios related to fulfillment of new orders, renewals, cancellations, and amendments Fulfillment notifications and revenue recognition events Asset and install base management Define and document repeatable process flow for new product introduction related to order fulfillment and licensing. Implement templates and tools to streamline process Translate functional and business requirements into clear and actional designs Demo capabilities and features to team and business stakeholders Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across multiple teams and environments Maintain End-to-End Transaction Knowledge to support team operations and documentation Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure readiness for release Maintain visibility into release status and provide regular updates to leadership Analyze operations and customer experience and recommend improvements to streamline order fulfillment processes Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) Experience with release management tools and CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines Strong understanding of order management and fulfillment processes Strong understanding of the subscription lifecycle, including contract generation management, amendments, and renewals Strong understanding of asset management process, systems, and data Experience with asset data model in SFDC a significant plus Ability to build reports, query data, and perform data analysis Ability to build and manage process flows 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Revenue cloud Salesforce certifications in sales cloud, service cloud, or revenue cloud preferably Leading Scrum meetings, Coordinating team dependency tasks and planning releases Bachelor's degree 5 years of professional experience working as part of an agile team as a systems business analyst with Release management capabilities.
