Overview Heritage Home Healthcare is opening a temporary PRN position for a License Medical Social Worker to support compliance readiness, administrative tasks, and on-call needs as they arise. Key Responsibilities Remain available on a PRN basis for compliance support Assist with survey readiness tasks (training, documentation checks, policy updates) Support administrative or operational needs that arise during licensing renewal Participate in briefings or check-ins as requested by management What to Expect No guaranteed work hours at this time May be asked to assist with light compliance tasks PRN/on-call role, primarily for readiness and availability Opportunity for increased hours in the future as service lines take on clients Qualifications Active LMSW license Reliable communication and responsiveness Ability to support compliance and documentation processes Positive and professional representation of the agency

Responsibilities
