Join us 😊 Job Description Ensure cross-functional collaboration with License Market Manager & Local procurement, and also legal, quality, sourcing, design functions. Build coordination to facilitate global communication, synergy and implementation of license strategy. Identify License needs (product, creativity, rights) & build Sourcing base with Sourcing Buying Managers (capacity, capability, competitivity, service level, diversification, environmental & social requirements, risk management) to match with Kiabi strategy. Establish partnership with License providers to use their creativity/developments skills & produce through our vendors network according Kiabi norms, ensuring license rights are covering maximum of retail countries possible. Manage Project Planning, Define & Implement necessary tools, practices, communication to ease coordination between Kiabi Collection & Kiabi Asia and improve service level for our customers Consolidate 3-year plan, Year & Season approach for license Market for Apparel, UG & Non apparel. Provide Training & Support to the whole license eco-system.
