  • Some experience in license management: ideally, you previously managed software licenses and understand licensing models, compliance and best practices. You can also maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Effective communication skills for managing communication with all your stakeholders: colleagues at Eficode, license vendors and customers
  • Collaborative mindset: ideally you have experience supporting internal teams, providing them with the necessary training and documentation on licensing matters
  • Process development skills: you can identify and work on developing and maintaining licensing-related processes and documentation
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a License Specialist. You will be at the crossroads of our sales teams, our customers, our partners and our Atlassian teams to manage and coordinate license sales and process. In this role, you will:

  • prepare licenses resale quotations for our sales teams
  • keep documentation for license purchasing and payment processes up-to-dateinitiate, develop, implement and document license-related processes
  • support other license teams at Eficode on these processes, but also on Salesforce, portals used by our vendors and any other tools used in license resale
  • communicate regularly with vendors and customers
  • ensuring that all licensing-related information is recorded and communicated in accordance with company processes
  • occasionally act as a consultant, helping clients understand their licensing requirements

You will be part of the License team Finland and you will report directly to the License team lead. You will collaborate with other teams across the organization, such as our sales, business and finance teams.
