JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled 310S Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair, electrical, diagnostics and maintenance, with hands-on experience. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and teaching apprentices repairs, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience is highly preferred
  • Strong electrical and diagnostic knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics accurately
  • Willingness to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems including check engine light, engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
  • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical & mechanical issues
  • Help teach other apprentices and employees how to repair and diagnose vehicles
  • Conduct assembly of automotive components as required
  • Perform heavy lifting as necessary to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Use a tablet to document all findings and required repairs on a digital inspection
