We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Certified Licensed Technician or Apprentice to join our growing company. Our ideal candidate has worked as a technician for at least three years with experience working in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

· Inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters, etc.
· Communicate with Service Advisor in order to secure proper parts needed.
· Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
· Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, as indicated on work order, with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with dealership and ministry standards.
· Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
· Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance
· Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
· Always adheres to all health and safety regulations of That Auto Repair Place
