We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced technicians, learning the skills necessary to excel in automotive repair and maintenance. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical abilities while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, with a willingness to learn more about automotive systems.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in automotive repair.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of automotive repair processes, including assembly and maintenance procedures.
• Experience or interest in working within a dealership environment is a plus.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the automotive field.

Experience:

• automotive technician: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver’s License (required)
• Journeyman (required)
• 310S (preferred)

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various automotive tasks.
• Learn to assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed.
• Support the team in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle repairs and parts handling.
• Interpret and work with schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
