JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and pain management, utilizing acupuncture techniques to treat various conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs and provide effective treatment plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CPR Certification and BLS Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Experience in acute pain management and trigger point therapy is highly desirable
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care
• Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient conditions effectively
• Strong communication skills for educating patients about their treatment options
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual treatment needs
• Perform acupuncture treatments using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
• Utilize trigger point therapy and other pain management strategies for acute pain relief
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress
• Educate patients on treatment plans, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture practices and techniques
