Description We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Acupuncturist to join our Paoli team. This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to practice at a higher standard—combining traditional Chinese medicine with a modern, performance-focused approach to care. You’ll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for pain, recovery, and overall health optimization. A background or strong interest in orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, and pain management is highly preferred. Requirements What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, assessment, and diagnosis Develop and deliver individualized acupuncture treatment plans Provide acupuncture treatments (manual, electroacupuncture, and adjunctive techniques as appropriate) Guide patients on recovery strategies, movement, and lifestyle practices within scope Track outcomes and adjust care to drive measurable progress Maintain precise, compliant, and timely documentation Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, performance-driven environment
