What You Will Do Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to determine the needs of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs, strengths, and goals of each client. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities. Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute challenges during treatment. Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to coordinate holistic care for clients and their families. Join our team and be the guiding force in someone’s journey to recovery! What You Will Bring Current New Mexico licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC). Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in the field of addiction counseling, particularly with co-occurring disorders. Knowledge of evidence-based practices for addiction treatment and recovery support. Familiarity with local community resources and networks related to substance use and mental health services. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and community engagements. Proficiency in electronic health record systems and documentation standards. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.
