PROJECT ARCHITECT

Kennewick, WA | Full-Time | $95,000–$115,000+ | In-Office | Bonus Eligible
We’re looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead the design and coordination of commercial, institutional, and municipal projects from concept through construction. This is a key role in a multidisciplinary firm, offering the chance to work closely with engineers and other architects on impactful public and private sector work. If you’re hands-on with Revit and AutoCAD, and enjoy mentoring junior team members, this role offers both day-to-day project ownership and long-term growth potential.

• Lead design and documentation across all phases of architectural projects
• Develop drawings and manage QA reviews using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor and support interns and junior architects
• Participate in proposal development and client engagement (optional)
