JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing licensing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
