Budds’ BMW Hamilton is looking for an experienced Licensed 310S Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. Located at the border of the GTA, Hamilton is a rapidly growing city, and we are expanding to keep up with our increasing client volume. This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, busy dealership specializing in a European brand, with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Automotive Technician (310S certification required).
  • Completion of secondary school education.
  • Strong background in automotive repair, specifically with European brands.
  • Valid G-level Ontario driver’s license.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot, identify faults, and perform repairs on vehicles to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance services and preventative measures to maintain vehicle performance.
  • Communication: Effectively collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear and accurate communication with clients.
  • Testing: Conduct tests on repaired vehicles to ensure repairs meet safety and performance standards.
  • Training: Stay current with BMW’s online training courses and attend additional training sessions assigned by the Service Manager or Fixed Operations Manager.
  • Preventative Recommendations: Utilize provided software to suggest preventative maintenance based on vehicle diagnostics and manufacturer guidelines.
