Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

  • Become a key specialist for our commercial clients, tackling complex diagnostics on our fleet of diesel and medium-duty transport trucks.
  • Perform precise, quality repairs and routine maintenance across the entire Ford lineup.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide clear, expert recommendations to our valued customers.
  • Continuously learn with access to the latest Ford training, especially in heavy-duty and diesel technologies.
  • Mentor apprentices and help build the next generation of top technicians.
