Our busy, service department is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Licensed Automotive Technician to join our skilled team.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or Red Seal equivalent) to diagnose and repair Ford and other vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. While Ford factory training is a strong asset, we welcome experienced technicians from all backgrounds who are eager to grow their careers with Ford.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 310S Automotive Service Technician License
• Ford training/certification is a strong asset, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Ford technologies and service tools is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Team-oriented and dependable with a commitment to quality work

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford and other vehicles
• Use Ford diagnostic systems (IDS, FDRS) and follow OEM repair procedures
• Accurately document all work completed using our digital inspection system
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Stay up to date with training opportunities, including Ford STARS courses
