Status: Full-Time Salaried                                              FLSA Classification: Exempt Summary of the Position: Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking dedicated and qualified professionals to join our Berks County team. As a Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist, you will provide therapeutic and consultative services to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges across home, school, and community settings. This is a hands-on position providing therapeutic services to children, youth , and families. * Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Deliver therapy and behavioral consultation using evidence-based practices * Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care * Observe clients in various settings to inform intervention strategies  * Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet evolving needs * Opportunity for licensed supervision is available. Position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement. Qualifications/Requirements: * Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work or related field is required. * Licensed staff as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT preferred. * Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in using data collection tools and software applications. * Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite; Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus. * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage and willingness to travel within assigned region.
