IGNTD, an online/hybrid mental health and substance use platform that provides clients with highly personalized and accessible care and our clinicians with top-tier tools to make the job more effective and efficient. We are assembling a Dallas-based clinical team to support an upcoming federal behavioral health services contract. This opportunity requires local, in-person clinical presence in Dallas, and the surrounding area, with additional hybrid/virtual service delivery as appropriate. We are seeking licensed Texas clinicians across multiple specialties to join our initial recruitment pool. This is a timely, early-stage recruitment effort. Selected candidates will be included in our proposal staffing plan and engaged upon contract award. We Are Seeking Texas-Licensed Professionals In each of the Following Categories: Licensed Mental Health Clinicians LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) Licensed Drug Abuse Counselors LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Providers LSOTP (Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider) Substance Use Treatment Professionals Clinicians with significant SUD (Substance Use Disorder) treatment experience Court-Mandated / Forensic Treatment Providers Experience working with probation, parole, or justice-involved populations preferred Anticipated Responsibilities Clinical assessment and treatment planning Individual and/or group counseling Documentation aligned with structured program requirements (using our highly automated tools) Coordination with administrative and clinical team members Compliance with federal service standards (if awarded) Minimum Requirements Active Texas professional license in one of the categories listed above Ability to provide in-person or hybrid services in Texas (unsupervised) Experience delivering structured behavioral health services Strong documentation and communication skills Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Experience in federal, correctional, or institutional settings SUD program experience (IOP/OP preferred) Court-mandated or forensic treatment background Multi-credentialed (e.g., LPC + LCDC or LCSW + LSOTP) Competitive hourly contract rate, commensurate with experience and licensure. Final scope and compensation structure dependent on contract award and service model.
Responsibilities
Anticipated responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and/or group counseling services. Clinicians will also be responsible for documentation aligned with structured program requirements and coordinating with administrative and clinical team members.
