We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of benefits administration, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and a passion for customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to outside sales and the ability to negotiate effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales and benefits administration is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance client communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
