Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Position: Full-Time Location: Nevada Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to support Nevada clients through remote therapy services. This role involves listening carefully, assessing clinical needs, creating treatment plans, and helping clients work through personal and mental health challenges. You will provide practical, professional care while maintaining clear records and supporting each client’s progress over time. Responsibilities Deliver counseling services through a secure telehealth platform Complete client assessments and review mental health history Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns Develop and revise treatment plans based on client progress Document sessions, clinical findings, and next steps Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Active Nevada LCPC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy or counseling services Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a role built for focus, structure, and meaningful client care.
