Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide virtual mental health support to individuals who need practical, consistent care. In this role, you will meet with clients through telehealth, assess emotional and behavioral concerns, develop treatment plans, and help clients build tools they can use in daily life. This position is well-suited for a counselor who values structure, strong clinical work, and the flexibility of remote care. Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform Conduct client assessments and document clinical findings Develop, review, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support clients with coping strategies, emotional regulation, and goal-setting Monitor risk factors and respond appropriately when escalation is needed Active LCPC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can make a steady, real difference every day.
