Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Job Summary This remote LCPC position gives Maryland-licensed counselors the opportunity to provide meaningful therapy services through a secure virtual care model. The work includes meeting with clients, understanding their mental health needs, setting treatment goals, and helping them move through personal and emotional challenges with clear clinical support. The position offers a stable full-time schedule, competitive pay, and full benefits. It is designed for counselors who are confident in their clinical skills, comfortable with telehealth, and able to provide consistent care in a remote work setting. Location: Maryland Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver counseling services through virtual appointments Assess clients’ presenting concerns, strengths, risks, and treatment needs Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods Build treatment plans and revise them as client needs change Complete clinical documentation according to company and licensing standards Maintain a professional, private, and secure remote therapy environment Identify safety concerns and follow proper reporting or escalation procedures Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents Comfortable delivering services through telehealth Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems Benefits Remote / telehealth work setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance If you are a Maryland-licensed LCPC looking for a stable remote role with strong pay and a clear weekday schedule, we would be glad to review your resume and speak with you about the position.
